Ah, but the constant commiting of the snapshots on chain PRs can produce conflicts... I'm assuming that is only an annoyance for the current initial push on these and won't occur unintentionally in the future |

Yeah, we coordinated about this after I'd pushed here. I've overridden the conflicted files with the originals from the base branch. |

This PR implements the dataset publication workflow for the tutorials, which modifies the Multi-Session workflow to enable publishing on DANDI and completes a full upload.
